Myofascial is the tough membranes that wrap, connect, and support the muscles. During the treatment the therapist will locate areas that are tight and fixed, Focused pressure and stretching will loosen the restricted movement allowing for reduced pain and more flexability of the muscle. This is more of a treatment, than a massage. This will take a few treatments for full mobility of the body.
